7.0/10

My stay at Hotel Gabriella was a mixed bag. The location near Termini Station was a big plus, making travel around Rome super convenient. However, the room was quite cramped and basic, with issues like a missing toilet paper holder and poor Wi-Fi connectivity. The breakfast didn’t live up to expectations either, but I appreciated the cleanliness of the room.

Rooms
5.0
The room was very small, making it difficult to open my suitcase. The shower was cramped, and there were limited amenities such as only one plastic cup. Despite being clean, it lacked essential items like a toilet paper holder and functioning fridge.
Service
5.0
The staff was friendly, but when I encountered issues like the broken fridge and the locked entrance at night, their responses were not very helpful. I felt a lack of support when I needed assistance.
Location
8.0
Being close to Termini Station was fantastic for exploring the city. It was only a short walk to several attractions, which I found convenient during my stay.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite basic, with limited options and not the best quality. The coffee was not what I expected from Italy.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were lacking; there was no air conditioning and the Wi-Fi only worked in the reception area. It felt dated, and with the broken radiator and other issues, it really showed.

7.2/10

I had a mixed experience at Hotel Gabriella in Rome. The hotel is conveniently located near Termini Station, which made it easy for me to explore the city. While my room was large and clean with daily fresh towels, I did find some aspects, like noise from the main road and the basic breakfast, to be a bit lacking. Overall, if you're expecting luxury, this might not be the place for you, but it served my needs adequately for a budget stay.

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious and clean, providing a sizeable bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, although I missed having a shower. I also experienced some noise from the main road, especially with the reception area nearby.
Service
6.0
The staff were polite and helpful, making check-in smooth and addressing any inquiries I had. However, some aspects of service could be improved, like prompt assistance when issues arose.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, just a short 5 to 10-minute walk from Termini Station, which made getting around Rome very convenient and accessible for sightseeing.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite basic, offering items like coffee, juices, and pastries, but I found it lacking variety. If you're looking for a full English breakfast, this hotel might not meet your expectations.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel provided basic facilities like housekeeping and daily cleaning, but I felt some amenities needed updating or better maintenance.

7.4/10

My stay at Hotel Gabriella was a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic, just a short walk from Termini Station, the room left a lot to be desired in terms of comfort and facilities. The breakfast was pretty basic, and I was disappointed with the lack of air conditioning during a hot spell. Overall, I wouldn't rave about this place, but it served its purpose for a budget trip.

Rooms
5.0
The room was way too small, and I had trouble opening my suitcase. Plus, the shower was cramped, making it nearly impossible to wash my hair comfortably. I really struggled with the lack of space and amenities, and there was just one cup for drinking. Not cool!
Service
5.0
I found the staff to be hit or miss. While some were friendly, I had a pretty frustrating experience when my key didn't work at 2 AM, and the staff didn't seem too eager to help resolve the issue. They looked a bit disheveled and unbothered by my situation, which didn’t inspire much confidence.
Location
8.0
The location is a major perk. It's super close to Termini Station, so getting around Rome was easy for me. I loved being able to just walk a couple of minutes to catch the train or bus.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was pretty lackluster. It was the same every day, and I was wishing for some more variety or some fresh veggies. I mean, I get it’s a budget hotel, but come on, a little creativity wouldn’t hurt!
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had some basic facilities but nothing impressive. I appreciated the daily fresh towels, but I had some issues with the cleanliness of the floors and the bathroom amenities. There were also some maintenance problems, like broken outlets, that needed attention.

6.0/10

I found Hotel Gabriella to be a charming family-run hotel with a great location near Termini Station, making it easy to explore Rome. However, the constant noise from the busy street outside was quite disruptive at times. My room was clean but basic, lacking certain amenities that would enhance comfort. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my stay enjoyable overall.

Rooms
6.0
My room was clean, though very basic. The lack of air conditioning was disappointing, especially as it got quite hot. I appreciated the daily fresh towels, but the room's small size and awkward bathroom layout could be improved.
Service
6.0
The staff were always friendly and provided helpful recommendations for getting around the city. However, there was an incident when I returned late and couldn't access my room, which was quite frustrating. Overall, their helpfulness was a strong point.
Location
7.0
The hotel’s location near Termini Station was perfect for my travel needs, making connections around Rome very convenient. However, the street noise made it hard to ignore during nighttime, which affected my sleep.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was adequate with decent options, though I found the offerings to be repetitive every morning. It was nice to have included breakfast, but I had hoped for a bit more variety.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had basic facilities but did not meet my expectations for a two-star rating. I would have appreciated better bathroom amenities and more functional features like air conditioning.

5.4/10

My stay at Hotel Gabriella was a bit of a mixed bag. The location near Termini Station is super convenient for getting around Rome, but the room itself felt cramped and a bit dated. The staff were friendly, but I had issues with cleanliness and some amenities that could definitely be improved.

Rooms
5.0
I was surprised by how small my room was, especially since I booked a superior room. The shower was tiny, and the bathroom had some cleanliness issues. Plus, there was a funky smell coming from the toilet that wasn’t great. Daily cleaning was nice, though.
Service
5.0
The staff were pretty friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile, which I appreciated. However, when I had an issue with the fridge, they just told me to fix it myself. A little more attention to service would go a long way.
Location
8.0
The location was a major plus. I loved being just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, making it super easy to hop on the metro or catch a train. It’s also close to some cute little restaurants which was nice.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was pretty basic and could use a bit more variety. It was mostly just continental options, but the croissants I had were decent. Still, I expected a bit more from the spread.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had some facilities, but nothing too fancy. The air conditioning wasn’t turned on during my stay, which was uncomfortable given the warm weather. Also, I felt some amenities like the lifts and cleanliness need better upkeep.
